St. Louis, May 6, 2019 - In response to a voluntary recall by Tyson Foods Inc., Dierbergs Markets has removed the following frozen products from its shelves due to the fact that the product may be contaminated with extraneous material, specifically pieces of metal:

Produced: Between Oct. 1, 2018 and March 8, 2019
Use By Dates: Oct. 1, 2019 through March 7, 2020

Tyson Buffalo Chicken Strips, 25 oz.
UPC: 23700-01409
Produced: Between Oct. 1, 2018 and March 8, 2019
Use By Dates: Oct. 1, 2019 through March 7, 2020
Establishment Number: P-7221

The establishment number is printed on the back of the product package.

The recall was issued following consumer complaints stating that extraneous materials objects were found in the products. There have been three reports alleging oral injuries, and consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them.
