We took four of our favorite Lenten meals and did just that! Three to four ingredients can make these awesome meals faster than you can say, “YUM!”

 
SALMON CAESAR SALAD

Toss together Fresh Express Caesar Supreme Salad Kit. Flake Bob's BBQ Smoked Salmon Portions in large pieces. Don't forget the Companion bread.

SHRIMP SCAMPI PASTA

Boil Barilla Spaghetti till al dente. Add 1/2 cup of peas and all of one bag of Ultra Natural Pure Shrimp. Don't forget the Scampi Butter.

 
Toss in pasta and peas. Saute shrimp with scampi butter.

 

 
MANGO CHIPOTLE SALMON TACOS

Warm Oven-Roasted Grilled Vegetables in microwave. Add Fresh Cut Mango Salsa as garnish. Roast Mango Chipotle Salmon Portions in oven or have us cook it for us. Put all on Mission Yellow Corn Tortillas.

Cook EZ Meal Mediterranean Herb Squash Blend Side according to bag instructions. Microwave EZ Meal Smokey Alabama Shrimp. Place in pita pocket.
