Sometimes breaking tradition is a good thing, right? We got in the kitchen with Chef Christie and had her show us how to have fun with gluten-free goodies! These are perfect for holiday parties or just cooking them for you and your family!

Chef Christie’s tips on how to make your cake have a signature flavor:
  • Replace water with equal parts of another liquid like juice, soda, liquor, or milk.
  • Replace oil or melted butter with equal parts applesauce, peanut butter, or plant butter.
  • Add up to 1 cup of solid mix-ins (i.e. chocolate chips, candies, nuts, dried fruits).
  • NOTE: Whatever you decide, be sure to read labels to assure your substitutions are gluten-free.
