Cherry Ambrosia


1 pound (2 cups) dark sweet cherries, pitted and halved
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup canned or fresh pineapple chunks, drained if necessary
1/4 cup flaked coconut (optional)
Honey-Lime Dressing (recipe link below)


In glass salad bowl, layer fruit in order listed. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve with Honey-Lime Dressing.
