Avocado, Tomato, and Peach Caprese

Ingredients

2 avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, and diced
2 homegrown tomatoes, halved and sliced into wedges
2 homegrown peaches, halved, pitted, and sliced into wedges
1 ball (8 ounces) sliced fresh mozzarella
Dierbergs extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic Glaze (Dierbergs condiment aisle)
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Place avocados, tomatoes, and peaches in large bowl. Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze and olive oil. Sprinkle cheese over top. Season with pepper.
