Tropical Spiced Chicken with Ginger Peach Salsa


4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, lightly pounded to even thickness
¼ cup Pickapeppa sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon jerk seasoning
1 teaspoon Dierbergs brown sugar
Ginger Peach Salsa


Place chicken in shallow dish. In 1-cup glass measure, combine remaining ingredients except salsa; pour over chicken, turning to coat each piece. Place chicken on oiled grid over medium-high heat; cover and grill until chicken is browned and internal temperature is 165°F., about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Serve with Ginger Peach Salsa.
