Watermelon Slush

Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon cubes
1 can (6 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate
1/2 cup rum (optional)
2 cups ice cubes

Directions

In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cubes. With blender running, gradually add ice cubes, blending until slushy. Pour into freezer container; freeze until firm. To serve, let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before scooping into glasses.

Makes 4 eight-ounce servings

Tips

Slush is delicious made with cantaloupe or honeydew melons too.

EAT HEARTY TIP
Do not use the rum.
