Lime-Kissed Honey Rock Melon with Berries

Ingredients

2 teaspoons grated lime peel
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 package (6 ounces) fresh blueberries
1 homegrown Honey Rock melon, or cantaloupe
1 package (6 ounces) fresh raspberries
1/2 cup crème fraîche or plain Greek yogurt

Directions

Set lime peel aside for garnish. In small bowl, stir together lime juice and honey. In medium bowl, combine strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle honey mixture over berries; gently toss until well mixed. Chill for 1 hour. Just before serving, cut melon into 8 wedges; remove seeds. Place each melon wedge on plate. Gently stir raspberries into berry mixture; spoon over melon. Top with reserved lime peel and dollop of crème fraîche.
