Lobster Mac & Cheese:
  1. Start with Dierbergs Kitchen Gourmet Mac & Cheese (be sure to ask for an oven-safe container from our Deli counter).
  2. Layer the following ingredients to your liking:
    • Cooked lobster meat (pick up in our seafood department – we’ll even cook it for free!)
    • Fresh tarragon
    • Fresh chives
    • Crumbled Boursin & Parmesan cheeses
  3. Bake at 350⁰ until hot and melty (5-10 min.)

Mac & Cheese Primavera:
  1. Start with Dierbergs Kitchen Gourmet Mac & Cheese (be sure to ask for an oven-safe container from our Deli counter).
  2. Layer the following ingredients to your liking:
    • Diced grilled vegetables (squash, peppers, onion) – available ready-to-go in Dierbergs Deli.
    • Spinach leaves
    • Grape tomatoes
    • Artichoke hearts
    • Basil
    • Asiago Cheese
  3. Bake at 350⁰ until hot and melty (5-10 min.)

Other Slider Ideas

Gastropub Meatloaf Slider:
  1. Slice Bob’s BBQ Smoked Bacon Cheddar Meatloaf.
  2. Place sliced meatloaf on sheet pan and bake at 350°F until heated through (5-10 min.).
  3. Once heated, add Dierbergs Farmstead Beer Cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted (2-4 min.).
  4. Remove from oven and place meatloaf slices on Dierbergs Bakehouse pretzel buns.
  5. Top with Caramelized Onions + Dietz & Watson Mustard Sauce + top bun.

Italian BLT Meatloaf Slider:
  1. Slice Bob’s BBQ Bacon Cheddar Meatloaf.
  2. Place sliced meatloaf on sheet pan and bake at 350°F until heated through (5-10 min.).
  3. Once warmed, add fresh mozzarella cheese on top of each meatloaf slice and return to oven until cheese is melted (2-4 min.).
  4. Remove from oven and begin assembling sliders starting with Dierbergs Bakehouse ciabatta buns.
  5. Place arugula on bottom bun followed by meatloaf with melted cheese.
  6. Top with smoked bacon + Roma tomato + Dierbergs Kitchen Basil Pesto + top bun.
