Our version of this classic New Orleans favorite is loaded with fresh flavor.  Light mayonnaise and chili sauce are combined with finely chopped celery, onions, hard cooked eggs, and capers.  A hint of honey mustard and horseradish complete the flavor pallet.  Serve with crab cakes, shrimp, or as a spread on a homemade sandwich.
