Our "King of Roasts" is masterfully created from a bone-in Prime Rib which is beautifully marbled for superior flavor and tenderness. The bottom chine (back) bone is removed allowing the bone-in prime rib to be sliced completely through. Simply roast, remove the attached ribs and you're ready to carve a beautiful boneless roast!
