Bacon Pimiento Cheese Spread


1 bag (8 ounces) finely shredded sharp yellow cheddar chees
8 slices bacon, diced and cooked crisp
1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained well
¼ cup Dierbergs chopped pecans, toasted
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce


In medium bowl, combine cheese, bacon, pimientos, and pecans. Stir in mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce just until moistened. Cover and chill up to 24 hours to develop flavors.

Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers or sliced French bread.
