Broccolini with Butter Wine Sauce


2 pounds broccolini, ends trimmed
Butter Wine Sauce (recipe link below) OR Dierbergs Kitchen White Wine Lemon Butter Sauce, heated
14 cup shredded parmesan cheese
12 cup finely chopped red bell pepper


In large saucepan, place steamer basket over 1 inch water. Place broccolini in basket. Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat; cover and steam until crisp-tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Place broccolini on serving platter; pour Sauce in ribbon over broccolini. Sprinkle parmesan and bell pepper over top.
