Goat Cheese, Pancetta, and Fig Jam Mini Fillo Shells

Ingredients

1 package (30 count) Dierbergs Kitchen Mini Fillo Pastry Shells
1 container (3.5 ounces) Dierbergs goat cheese crumbles
1 package (4 ounces) diced pancetta, cooked crisp and drained
1 jar (9 ounces) fig jam

Directions

Divide goat cheese and pancetta evenly among pastry shells. Place ⅓ cup of the fig jam in 1-cup glass measure (reserve remaining jam for other uses). Microwave (high) 20 seconds or until melted. Drizzle ½ teaspoon melted jam over each pastry shell.
