Herb Butter


1/2 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel


In medium bowl with hand mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy. Stir in basil and lemon peel until well mixed. Cover and chill several hours to develop flavors. Let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Makes 1/2 cup
