Pear and Cranberry Toasts

Ingredients

Blank Canvas Cheese Spread (recipe link below)
¾ cup Dierbergs blue cheese crumbles
36 slices Dierbergs Just-Bake-It Twin Sweet Wheat Loaf, toasted,
¾ cup sweetened dried cranberries
2 ripe pears, cored and each cut into 18 thin slices
¼ cup lemon-lime soda

Directions

In medium bowl, combine Cheese Spread and blue cheese. Spread 1 tablespoon over each toast. Sprinkle dried cranberries over cheese. Just before serving, in small bowl, toss pear slices with soda. Drain pears on paper towels. Top each toast with pear slice.
