Red Wine Marinade

Ingredients

14 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced shallot
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
13 cup olive oil

Directions

In 1-cup glass measure, whisk together all ingredients except olive oil. Whisking vigorously, add olive oil in slow, steady stream until well blended.
