Southwest Rub

Ingredients

14 cup firmly packed Dierbergs brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Rub onto meat before grilling.

Makes about 12 cup

Tips

For added flavor, use ancho chile powder and Hungarian sweet paprika.
