2 cups shortbread cookie crumbs (30 Lorna Doones)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (not light or reduced-fat)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

In 9-inch pie plate, combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom and up sides of pie plate. Bake in 325˚F. oven until lightly browned, about 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, the 1/2 cup powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange peel with mixer until smooth. Beat in cream until fluffy. Spread into cooled crust. Rinse berries and dry well on paper towels. Place on pie covering filling completely. Chill at least 3 hours. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
