Fresh corn tastes even better when it's hot off the grill.3 ears white or yellow corn
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper 1. Remove husks and silk from corn; rinse well and shake off excess water. Break each cob in half. Place each piece of corn on square of heavy duty aluminum foil.
2. Combine butter, salt, and pepper. Spread each ear with seasoned butter.
3. Roll ears up in foil until completely enclosed; fold in open ends.
4. Place on grid over medium coals for 45 minutes, turning each ear with tongs every 15 minutes.
