Fresh pineapple is the star of this sweet, crunchy salad everyone will love.1 carton (8 ounces) fat-free Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Dierbergs powdered sugar
3 teaspoons grated lime peel (divided)
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, halved, and thinly sliced
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts, toasted In small bowl, combine yogurt, powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of the lime peel, and lime juice. Cover and chill 2 hours to develop flavors. For each salad, arrange 4 to 5 pineapple slices on individual serving plate. Drizzle yogurt mixture over pineapple. In small bowl, combine coconut, nuts, and remaining 2 teaspoons lime peel. Sprinkle over each salad.
