This is the perfect, casual recipe to serve your out-of-town guests.1 package (28 ounces) frozen potatoes O’Brien
(frozen hash browns with onion and bell pepper)
1 package (8 ounces) shredded colby-jack cheese (divided)
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Arrange potatoes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been coated with no-stick cooking spray. Top with 1 cup of the cheese. In medium bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Whisk in flour and seasonings. Pour mixture over potatoes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake in 350˚F. oven for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until golden brown and set, about 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
