Smoky Smashed Sweet Potatoes  View Video
The savory smokiness of these potatoes makes this a dish everyone will love.5 pounds sweet potatoes (about 6 medium)
1/4 cup Dierbergs butter
1/2 cup Dierbergs dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper Place sweet potatoes on foil-lined jellyroll pan. Bake in 350°F. oven until tender, about 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out cooked potato into large bowl; discard skins. Smash with potato masher. In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sour cream; simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir in horseradish and paprika. Pour over smashed potatoes; stir until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper.
