Our new digital coupon program offers great new savings for items around our store. We’ll be loading in new offers each week for you to browse and clip to your e-wallet. Choose the offers you like. Clip them to your account. Redeem these offers in store by simply typing in your phone number into the pin pad.

Let’s go through the program in more detail.

GENERAL

How do I sign up for Dierbergs Digital Coupons?
From the Dierbergs app -
Download the Dierbergs app available in the app store for your iOS or Android device.
  • If you already have an account with dierbergs.com or subscribe to our emails, tap SIGN IN and set up a 10 digital ID (phone number).
  • If you do not have an account, tap REGISTER NOW. You will be asked to register with your First & Last Name, 10-digit phone number, email address & password.
This will give you immediate access to Digital Coupons. View them, clip to your e-wallet and save at your next visit to Dierbergs.

From Dierbergs.com –
On the home page, click on Savings & Deals. Click Digital Coupons. Log into your dierbergs.com account or, sign up by providing your First & Last Names, 10-digit phone number, email address & password. This will give you immediate access to Digital Coupons. View them, clip to your E-Wallet and save on your next visit to Dierbergs.

What are Digital Coupons?
We’re thrilled to provide our customers another opportunity to save on every trip to the store. Digital Coupons are a paperless coupon program where you clip offers that appeal to you to an e-wallet. You do not need print outs or your smartphone to enjoy the savings. Simply type in your 10-digit digital ID (we suggest your phone number) on the pinpad during the checkout process. Are Digital Coupons available at all stores and locations?
This program is exclusive to all Dierbergs Markets locations and cannot be redeemed at other retailers.

Do Digital Coupons expire?
Yes. Expiration dates appear on each digital coupon. Expired digital coupons will appear from your account automatically.

How often will there be new Digital Coupons available?
There is not a timeline on when new coupons will be available. It is best to check back often. You can view these in our app or on dierbergs.com. Remember you will need to be logged in to see the offers.

What are App Exclusive Offers?
For customers that have downloaded the app, these deals can pop up at any time. They will not be available to view through Dierbergs.com. Only within the app, you can tap on the ‘More’ menu and then ‘App Exclusive Offer’. You can choose to CLIP IT to your E-Wallet or SKIP IT. Once clipped, you can view it in your clipped coupons. These can be found under ‘My Coupons’ within the Digital Coupon section.

Is there a limit on the number of Digital Coupons I can load to my E-Wallet?
No.

YOUR ACCOUNT

What is an “E-Wallet”?
It is a virtual account that holds all of your digital coupons, and is associated with the phone number [Digital Coupon ID] that you register.

How do I save a Digital Coupon to my E-Wallet?
To save a digital coupon to your account within the app tap ‘Clip + Add To List’ on the digital coupon and it will be saved to your account. If you’re on Dierbergs.com/Digital-Coupons, be sure you’re logged in and clip the offer you like. It will then be available for you to use the next time you checkout.

How do I know when the digital coupon has been redeemed?
Your savings will be itemized on your receipt. The digital coupon will no longer be available in your e-wallet and will be moved to ‘REDEEMED’ in your account. You can view redeemed coupons in the app under Clipped Coupons --> Redeemed, or you can log into your account from Dierbergs.com/Digital-Coupons.

After saving a Digital Coupon to my E-Wallet, do I have to wait to redeem the coupon?
No. Digital coupons are available for use as soon as you “clip” them.

What if I forget my Digital Coupon ID?
This is a 10-digit numerical ID so we recommend using your phone number. However, if you forget, you can click ‘More’ on the menu of our app and click Digital ID to reveal the number. Your number should appear. Or you can log into Dierbergs.com/My-Account, click “Account Info” to reveal your ID.

My phone number has changed. Can I update my ID?
Yes. Inside the app, you can click on ‘More’ in the menu of our app, and then ‘My Profile’ and update your phone number there. Or on your Account Dashboard after logging in at Dierbergs.com/My-Account, click on “Account Info” to update there.

I logged out of the app and forgot my password.
Don’t sweat it. Click on sign in, and click ‘Forgot Password’.

Is my privacy protected?
Yes. Shopper information is used solely for the purpose of the program and not shared with 3rd parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete digital coupons from my E-Wallet?
No. However, if you do not purchase the item(s) before the expiration, the digital coupon will move out of your clipped offers automatically.

AT THE STORE

How do I redeem?
While logged into your account in the app, or on the website with your mobile phone or desktop computer, “clip” from available offers to add to your E-Wallet. Once in store, during the checkout process, redeem these offers by simply typing in your phone number into the pin pad.

Can I use a digital coupon and a paper coupon for the same item?
Most savings are limited to one coupon of any type (digital OR paper) per item purchased, unless you are combining a store coupon and a manufacturer coupon. See our coupon policy for details.

Do I have to print digital coupons?
No. This program is entirely paperless. You must load the digital coupons to your e-wallet to redeem. Printing or showing coupons on your mobile device will not be accepted.

What do I do if a digital coupon does not redeem at the register?
You should double check the coupon details. It is possible the size or variety of the product scanned doesn’t match the coupon offered, the minimum quantity purchased hasn’t been met or the coupon is expired. You can easily check what has been redeemed in the app by going to Digital Coupons --> My Clipped Coupons --> Redeemed. Or visit the Dierbergs.com/Digital-Coupons to view your E-Wallet.

If I return an item for which I received a discount, can I reuse my digital coupon the next time I shop?
No. Unfortunately, once a digital coupon has been redeemed, it cannot be used again.

If my transaction is voided after the Digital Deals ID is entered, will the digital coupon still be available for me to use?
Yes. As long as the transaction has not been finalized, you can use the digital coupon in a future shopping trip.
