You can’t spell wine without "charcuterie"...

This holiday especially, we wanted to pair our holiday wine selection with a few of our Dierbergs favorites to create the PERFECT wine and charcuterie guide.

  • For small gatherings, choose at least two cheese and up to 6 for large groups.
  • Plan on 1½ ounces of each cheese per person.
  • Choose neutral or complementary flavored crackers for hard cheese and thinly sliced crusty bread for soft cheeses. Also apples, pears, and dried apricots make nice bases for cheese.
  • If you are making the board for a dinner replacement or heavy snack before dinner, make a board with a combination of both cheeses and meats; adding some prosciutto, salami, ham, and smoked meats will add variety to your cheese board.
