St. Louis, June 16, 2021 - In response to a voluntary product recall by Frito-Lay, Dierbergs Markets has removed the following product from its shelves due to the possible presence of an undeclared milk allergen:

Tostitos Avocado Salsa Dip, 15 oz. glass jar
UPC: 28400-05597
Best Before Dates: 2 NOV 23 or 3 NOV 23 (located on upper rim of jar)

The recall was issued after it was discovered that while the front of the jar is correctly labeled as Tostitos Avocado Salsa Dip, the back is mislabeled with another product's ingredients and declarations. As a result, the packaging does not list the presence of a possible milk allergen, so the product should not be consumed by those with an extreme allergy or severe sensitivity to milk. Instead, it should be returned to Dierbergs for a full refund.
