Three Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made refrigerated pie crust, softened
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Dierbergs Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Dierbergs Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Dierbergs Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Sliced scallions, for serving

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F. Roll pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.

 

Combine eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk well.

 

Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake for 35 minutes, until quiche is set and crust is golden brown.

 

Let cool, then top with scallions and serve.

 

Note: Feel free to add veggies or protein to this quiche. We love adding bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, bacon, ham and sausage.
