Watermelon Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cups small diced watermelon
- 1 cup small diced cucumber
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño
- 2 tablespoons minced mint
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
In a medium bowl toss all ingredients together.
Serve immediately or allow to refrigerate for up to 12 hours to develop flavors. Serve with tortilla chips or grilled/roasted shellfish, fish, or pork.
